Basic steps to troubleshoot a plug-in installation issue

Common problems
Error loading plug-in
Please make sure your browser is allowed to download, including downloading encrypted files.

Plug-in file moved or deleted
If you get an error, LwaPluginInstaller32.msi has been moved or removed. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Leave the meeting and join it again.
A dialog box displays options for saving or running the plug-in file.
Specify the folder on your computer where you want to save the file, and click Save.
Locate the saved plug-in file on your computer and double-click it to run.
Plug-in not found after installation
If you receive a notification asking you to install the plug-in after installing it, restart your browser. If your computer is running Windows 8, make sure the desktop version of the browser is running.
