In general, he sent everything, but it was not the end yet. They sent an answer in which they asked to be photographed holding the passport unfolded on the page with the photo. They motivated this by the fact that this is protection from people who have access to my mailbox and want to reset the security question without my knowledge.

I didn't want to give up what I had begun halfway through the journey, so I had to take pictures and send a photo.
